Alberto and his staff of young chefs offers you these Mediterranean cuisine and traditional  sea  and  land,  modern T wist  with  great care in choosing the ma - raw materials  of highest quality  and  always  fresh  cooked  and  pre - sented with care and skill.

our Starters
- The yellowtail carpaccio with fresh strawberries  lemon , oil and pink pepper
- Tuna Carpaccio with fresh  onions and tomato
- Filo parcels stuffed with sea bream and sea urchins served on Aurora sauce
- Praun tails in almond crust with honey
- The raw fish of the day
- Mixed appetizers of sea
- " San Daniele”  Ham with melon

our First Courses
- Spaghetti with half lobster and fresh tomato
- Just spicy linguine with shrimps, bread crumbs, parsley and lime
- Grouper-black ravioli with clams and fresh tomatoes
- Risotto with Lobster Bisque
- Risotto with pears and pecorino
- Sardinian culurgiones (fresh pasta) filled with potato, mint and cheese with a tomato and basil sauce
- The Capellini pasta with eggplant and tuna roe

- Sea bass baked in the oven with mussels, pearl onions and fresh tomatoes

- The lacquered rack of lamb with mustard sauce on a crust of herbs with thyme
